Primary Montessori Teacher

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Montessori Teacher to join our vibrant elementary program (ages 3-6) for the upcoming school year.

Responsibilities:

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that follows the Montessori philosophy.
• Prepare and present Montessori materials, following the Montessori curriculum for the 3-6 age group.
• Observe, assess, and document student progress, using Montessori record-keeping practices.
• Individualize instruction to meet the needs of each student.
• Foster a love of learning and independence in young children.
• Collaborate with parents and colleagues to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field (preferrred).
• Montessori certification for the 3-6 age group (preferred).
• Strong understanding of the Montessori philosophy and methods.
• Experience working with children ages 3-6 in a Montessori classroom (a plus).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for children.
